We are a remote documentation guidance service. We prepare and review your AQCS Advance NOC application, check vaccination and microchip compliance, guide you on the government-endorsed health certificate process in your country, draft communication to AQCS, and guide you through arrival inspection. We do not handle flights, crates, cargo bookings, vet appointments, or airport pickup.
Yes. An Advance No Objection Certificate (NOC) from Animal Quarantine and Certification Services (AQCS) is mandatory before importing any dog or cat into India. Airlines will not board pets without a valid Advance NOC.
Once a complete application is submitted, processing typically takes around 3 to 5 working days. Timelines can vary depending on the AQCS office and season. We recommend starting at least 3 to 4 weeks before travel.
The rabies vaccine must be administered at least 30 days before travel and not more than 12 months before departure. Even if the vaccine is labeled as valid for three years, India accepts it only within 12 months from the date of vaccination. If the vaccine exceeds 12 months, travel cannot proceed.
The veterinary health certificate must be issued within 7 days before departure, based on the date of examination. It must also be endorsed by the relevant government authority in the exporting country, such as USDA APHIS in the United States.
Yes, provided there is enough time to meet regulatory timelines. Ideally, your process should begin at least 3 to 4 weeks before travel. If your departure date is close, contact us immediately so we can assess feasibility.
Rejections are uncommon when documentation is properly prepared. If an issue arises within the scope of our guidance, we will assist you in correcting and resubmitting the file within 30 days of the original submission.
No. We do not provide DGFT import license services. Our focus is strictly on AQCS Advance NOC preparation and pet import documentation guidance.
